Senior Service Advisor for Commercial Main Dealer
Working as part of a team of four you will be responsible for the efficient running of Service Reception to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and workshop profitability is maximised, whilst ensuring the highest quality levels of customer service are maintained
You will be responsible for the supervision of your team and ensuring their duties are carried out correctly, identifying any potential problems and providing solutions.
You will need to constantly monitor your teams progress throughout the day and ensuring that any potential problems or issues that arise are dealt with swiftly and resolved
You will need to build excellent relationships with the bookings team and the workshop to make sure everyone is pulling together
You will be responsible for the team rota and ensuring all shifts are covered
Our client works 3 shifts, early, day and late these will be covered by you and your team in rotation
