Our client a busy franchised dealership in the Milton Keynes Buckinghamshire area have the requirement for a Sales Manager to join their highly successful team.
As a Sales Manager you will be an integral member of the team. You will approach situations with an enthusiastic and positive manner, to ensure the Brand, your colleagues and customers all benefit. Highly customer-focused and experienced within the sales department, you will assume responsibility for the daily operations within the business.
You should have a proven track record in selling and negotiating, an understanding of sales processes and manufacturer requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: managing the Sales team, ensure the dealership has correct and well managed stock, ensuring the dealership meets brand standards for demonstrator and stock requirements, and taking responsibility for the presentation of the dealership. Maintaining a supportive relationship with dealership departments and advising, implementing and maintaining proper processes within departments in order to meet targets. You will be in charge of both new and used vehicle sales.
Previous experience within a similar role in the motor trade is essential.
