Key Responsibilities will include: Maximise sales and departmental profitability through tight stock control, cost control and margin control. Whilst striving to achieve all targets and objectives through a well-developed and motivated sales team, achieve maximum, balanced profitability on sales of finance and insurance products. Ensuring the implementation and management of the sales and referral processes and ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty.
The ideal candidate should possess great customer relation skills and be able to adapt to customers' individual requirements with strong organisational skills. Being able to communicate at all levels and demonstrate a great understanding of team dynamics enhance team work.
It is a requirement that you must have a proven track record of success in a similar role within the Automotive Industry for this opportunity with a desire to achieve and exceed the departmental targets.
