Our client a premium franchised dealership in Cambridgeshire have the requirement for an experienced Sales Manager to join their highly successful team.
As a Sales Manager you will be an integral member of the team. You will approach situations with an enthusiastic and positive manner, to ensure the dealer group, your colleagues and our customers all benefit. Highly customer-focused and experienced within the Sales department, you will assume responsibility for the daily operations within the business.
You should have a proven track record in selling and negotiating, an understanding of sales processes and manufacturer requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: managing the Sales team, ensure the dealership has correct and well managed new and used van stock, ensuring the dealership meets brand standards for demonstrator and stock requirements, and taking responsibility for the presentation of the dealership. Maintaining a supportive relationship within Departments and advising, implementing and maintaining proper processes within Departments in order to meet dealership sales targets.
Previous experience is essential as well as a full UK driving license.
