Our client is seeking a process-driven automotive Sales Manager; this is a great opportunity to join a leading and progressive group to develop a strategy to increase revenue and profit in all areas of the business in accordance with a growth plan. This is an outstanding opportunity for the right individual; someone whom has previously worked within the capacity of Brand Manager or Sales Manager. This position is based in Kent.

The Role

  • Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and generate a consistent level of customer loyalty across the business, commensurate with brand objectives
  • Controlling costs in-line with department and dealership objectives and business plans, you will ensure that profit targets are achieved, margins maintained and expenses controlled, utilising all resources cost effectively
  • Operate as a senior brand ambassador to establish a progressive relationship with all stakeholders of the brand
  • Providing a clear vision, establishing and delivering a coherent strategy and driving the company towards accomplishing its goals and objectives
  • Ensure the retailer is adequately staffed and inspiring the management team through passionate leadership
  • Generate enthusiasm for the Brand and its values
  • Ensure managers and staff are committed to customer satisfaction and process excellence
  • Ensure the long term sustainability of the business and brand
  • Develop a strategy to increase revenue and profit in all areas of the business in accordance with a growth plan

Who we're looking for

  • Previous sales management experience is an advantage but someone looking to take a step up will also be considered
  • Be a process and measurement driven manager with vision, determination and the ability to deliver in a challenging but hugely rewarding environment
  • Customer Focus - A track record of setting and achieving high standards of customer service to ensure that every customer experiences a standard of service that they value as excellent
  • Commercial Skills - Success in managing the financial aspects of the business and capitalising on market opportunities whilst maintaining focus on the long term business strategy

What's on offer?

£35,000 - £40,000 basic

£60,000 - £65,000 OTE
