SALES MANAGER – LIVERPOOL - £45,000 OTE

A fantastic opportunity has become available within our client's main car dealership in LIVERPOOL for an experienced SALES MANAGER to join their busy and already successful Car Sales team.

The successful Sales Manager will have the experience and ability to continue the growth of the business in both volume of sales and profit per unit whilst continuing to deliver exceptionally high standards of customer care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Overseeing the Sales Team and a Business Manager

Managing and driving new and used Car Sales

Monitoring and working to monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

Effectively sell new and used vehicles, finance packages and additional products and services.

Assisting the Sales Executives and Business Manager with deals as and when required

Dealing with any customer issues and complaints

The successful candidate will require a comprehensive understanding in all aspects of the sales department and therefore previous experience in Car Sales management is essential, along with a proven track record in Customer Service. You should be used to working with a structured sales process within a Volume environment. If you are a high performing, motivational and Inspirational Sales Manager then this is the opportunity that you have been waiting for.

Current or recent Main Car Dealer experience as a Sales Manager is essential, as is a Full UK driving licence
