SALES EXECUTIVE (CAR DEALERSHIP)
SALARY: BASIC £15,000PA - £17,000 (Dependant on experience) OTE £30,000
To meet and exceed targets in relation to vehicle sales and profitability. To work with the Sales Manager and Sales Controllers to achieve maximum profitability from each sale in relation to the vehicle, finance, insurance and accessories. To work as part of a team ensuring the highest possible standards of customer care and satisfaction are achieved and maintained at all times.
To sell the maximum number of vehicles possible whilst obtaining the best profit available.
To sell additional products and services to each customer, when appropriate.
To comply with the Company’s sales process.
To deal with all customer enquiries immediately and ensure utmost clarity in all contact with customers, whether written or verbal.
To carry out full and accurate vehicle appraisals.
To participate in regular prospecting exercises.
To ensure all transactions are completed in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with policy.
To record all customer, prospect and vehicle details fully and accurately.
To ensure that the showroom and forecourt are kept in a presentable manner at all times.
To attend training courses as necessary to keep updated, particularly on new products and services.
To ensure cleared funds are received for all vehicles prior to their release.
To maintain regular contact with the customer from the point of order to delivery.
To contact the customer a pre-determined intervals following purchase.
To ensure familiarity with all current dealership and franchise marketing communications.
