To succeed you must have an insatiable desire to produce results in New vehicle sales, F & I and a commitment to excellence.
Your own enthusiasm and standards will dictate that you exceed your customers' expectations in every element of their buying experience, thus building outstanding customer relationships. You will need to provide a proven track record of sales achievements, with further evidence of stability and structure.
The successful candidate must also be an excellent team player with a good eye for detail and a passion for customer service as well as good business results. Experience in the sales market and the desire to deliver uncompromised performance and customer satisfaction is essential.
