As a Sales Executive you will have:

•A customer-centric attitude

•Passion for the cars you are selling

•Ability to convey enthusiasm and knowledge every time you interact with a customer

As a Sales Executive your passion for delivering 'customer excellence' will mean that you are able to:

•Quickly build rapport

•Understand their individual requirements

•Recommend the best products/services

•You will actively maximise every sales opportunity, overachieve on targets and exceed customer expectations by always acting with integrity, professionalism whilst representing Inchcape and the brand.

What we are looking for in a Sales Executive candidate

We believe that customer service, selling skills and experience can transfer between different industries so we would welcome applications from people both within the car industry but also from Retail, Call Centres, Estate Agencies, Banking and Financial Services.

To be a success in this role, you will have:

•Excellent communication and sales skills

•Experience of delivering incredible service in a customer facing role

•The drive to exceed targets

•Full EU Driving Licence

What's the package?

As a Sales Executive you will receive a guaranteed basic salary, with a realistic OTE of at least £45,000.

Our highest performing Sales Executives earn in excess of £80,000.

You will receive full product training, coaching and support to maximise your earning potential, building a career for life. We also offer great benefits including:

•22 days holiday, rising to 25 after 5 year

Requirements

45 hours per week.

2+years of current industry experience at least.
