This is a brilliant opportunity for an existing Sales Controller / Showroom Manager with excellent earning potential and benefits!

• As the Sales Controller / Showroom Manager, you will assist the General Sales Manager in overseeing the sales operation of the dealership, while delivering outstanding customer service.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising profitability per unit, exploring sales opportunities and managing all sales enquiries.
• The candidate will help direct and motivate a sales team whilst implementing effective sales plans and maintain brand standards.

Applications are encouraged from candidates who are currently working as a Sales Controller, Transaction Manager, Business Manager, Showroom Manager or as a Senior Sales Executive (looking for the next step up in their career) with New and Used Car sales experience. We would be very interested in applicants that have a stable background and are currently working in a franchise car dealership.

With the excellent commission structure this role boasts an achievable OTE circa £55,000 (with top earners surpassing this).
