As a presentable, professional and self-motivated Sales Controller, you will be confident in meeting and exceeding sales objectives and targets. Your proven sales track record within the motor trade will make you stand out as the perfect candidate for this role, as well as your ability to provide an unparalleled level of customer service, through outstanding product knowledge and attention to your clients’ needs. This is your chance to shine as a team player and leader, overseeing and supporting the sales operation and reporting directly to the General Sales Manager. A good knowledge of used cars is a must in this role.
As well as enjoying use of a Company Car, you will earn a basic salary package of £25,000 per annum, paired with an OTE of £50,000 when your sales targets are achieved.
Working hours are 8.30am-6.00pm Monday-Friday, with a 7.00pm finish on a rota basis.
Your main objectives are:
Strive to achieve and exceed all targets and sales objectives through a well-developed and motivated sales team
Take a proactive interest in training and developing team members, monitoring achievements and reviewing individual performance at regular intervals
Work with the General Sales Manager to maximise sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers
Help the retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control
