MASTER/CONSULTANT TECHNICIAN – ROBINS & DAY CHINGFORD
Our Master/Consultant Technicians play a pivotal role in ensuring a first time fix culture to maximise customer satisfaction and reduce operating costs for the dealership. They are the dealership technical experts whose primary responsibility is to interpret and diagnose faults and assist others.

We’ll assist you with business leading, extensive training at our dedicated Academy, regular reviews and coaching to improve your performance but you’ll also need to display an underlying level of determination and self-motivation to think outside the box and deliver time and time again with or without support from your Line Manager. You therefore, will be a fully qualified Master/Consultant Technician, preferable Peugeot or Citroen trained with an NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology and a City & Guilds part three or equivalent. You will have an excellent attention to detail, together with good analytical and problem solving skills. You will also have the ability to influence others and be committed to achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
The role is 45 hours per week which includes Saturday mornings.
