Our Main Dealer Group requires a SALES ADMINISTRATOR

To work alongside the Sales Manager, their Sales Administrators are an integral and important support to the broader Sales teams, responsible for all of the administration associated with the detailed customer sales processes. You must be a well organised individual with outstanding administration, numeracy and literacy skills.

To be successful in this role you will have

Excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise your workload to meet tight deadlines to support their extremely successful sales team;
Previous motor industry, accounts based background or retail knowledge is preferable however full training, specific to the role will be provided.
Your responsibilities

Ordering vehicles to customer specification within given time frames;
Allocating registration numbers and ensuring all vehicles are taxed ensuring full support of local Government legislation under the registration code and period;
Preparing, monitoring, raising and analysing sales invoices, stock records, orders and deliveries;
Collating order, finance and warranty paperwork ensuring that all documents are accurate;
Providing correspondence to the sales team, manufacturer or customer as and when required.
