Experienced Sales Administrator required for our fantastic new showroom on Manchester Road, Bolton.
We are a large privately owned dealer group employing over 250 employees, 60% of whom have been with us for 5 years or more. More about the role:
Our Sales Administration team are an integral part of the Sales team providing admin support to ensure the needs of our customers are met whilst achieving sales objectives.
Accurately completing and processing all vehicle orders within given timeframes, you will make sure all the paperwork and documentation is correct. You will also be responsible for invoicing and maintaining all vehicle and customer records.
Highly organised and conscientious, you will be able to plan and prioritise your own work to tight deadlines. With a working knowledge of spread sheets and in-house computer systems, you will be accurate with superb attention to detail and possess the sort of confidence and communication skills that inspires trust in colleagues and customers alike.
You will be enrolled in the Vauxhall College and have access to both web based and classroom training as appropriate.
The successful candidate should possess the following:
Excellent communication skills
Experience in automotive sales administration and order processing
Competent in Microsoft software such as Word, Office and Excel
A high level of motivation and willingness to work within a busy sales team
A keen eye for detail and the ability to pick up product information and stock codes quickly
