As a Vehicle Administrator, you will be an integral member of the sales team.
Your main duties will include coordinating the administration relating to: receiving vehicles into stock; the transfer of vehicles to the retail centres; monitoring the progress of vehicle transactions; Invoicing and taxing sold vehicles and dealing with the Group vehicle buyers.
This is a fast-paced and crucial role within the sales team; which is dependent upon excellent organisational and time management skills; as well as the ability to communicate professionally and appropriately. Furthermore, good attention to detail is required, as is the ability to maintain accurate and organised documentation.
Knowledge of Commercial vehicles and Passenger Cars is advantageous but not crucial.
Previous experience in a similar role in a Dealership environment will be looked on favorably, especially knowledge of ADP Kerridge, however transferable skills will also be considered for example experience in a Sales Leger environment where large numbers of transactions are processed.
