Forde Automotive is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our client, a progressive and established vehicle dealership at their Nelson site.
The role is varied in responsibility and is the ideal role for someone who has automotive and dealership admin experience in order to hit the ground running.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:00.
Locating and ordering vehicles
Registration of new cars using AFRL
Maintaining full and accurate stock reports
Sales team support and communication
Ensuring all documentation relating to vehicle delivery is completed accurately and on time
Any ad hoc administrative tasks
The successful applicant will need to be:
Organised, methodical and disciplined
Possess excellent attention to detail whilst complying with time restraints
IT literate and have good computer skills
Good with their written and verbal communication skills
Experienced in automotive administration
Professional in their approach and a good attitude is essential
