Sales Administrator - West London.

Full Time, Permanent

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 09:00am - 18:00pm. On rota Saturday's.
Salary: £26,000 basic + bonus.

Sales Administrator required for this well established and highly successful Dealership based in West London. You must be an experienced Sales Administrator who is highly proficient in the Sales department within the automotive industry.

Reporting to the Group Aftersales Admin Manager, the successful candidate's key responsibility will include progressing of vehicles from the point of order to final taxing and delivery, to include filing. Required to process sales costs sheets/orders in a timely and accurate manner, sourcing vehicles as advised by the sales person. The administrator will be responsible for carrying out any dealer searches and subsequent transfers necessary to fulfil the order. Liaison with the sales team regarding progress of their customer vehicles. The ideal candidate will ensure all the required information is loaded on to both the Kerridge will be expected to provide a professional administration service that contributes to complete customer satisfaction.

As well as being computer literate, you will also have a proven track record of producing work to a high standard of accuracy. Experience of the Kerridge/ADP DMS system would be highly advantageous to our client.

We are looking for someone with a solid Sales Administration background. You must have experience within a Commercial Vehicle or Car Dealership.
