Sales Administrator Surrey £25,000 to £27,000
Our client, a Prestigious Main Dealer requires a Sales Administrator to work within their dealership in the Surrey area.
Supporting the Sales Manager, Sales team and Dealership Accountant, you will be responsible for the effective administration of all New and Used vehicles.
Your day to day duties will include -
Preparing sales invoices from vehicle orders
Ensuring that all vehicle warranty documents and delivery notes are prepared in a prompt manner
Maintain and update vehicle stock books
Maintain and update the new and used car stock filling system
Prepare cheque requisitions for all sales departments
Analyse and follow up on outstanding debts and provide reporting
Arrange for repair estimates to be carried out
This is a great opportunity to join a high performing business which is currently experiencing unprecedented revenues, therefore previous experience of working as a Sales Administrator within the motor trade is essential. Plus, previous experience of Kerridge and AFRL is advantageous but not essential.
