We are seeking a Business Planning Coordinator to be based at Nissan Technical Centre Europe, Cranfield which is the head office for Nissan’s Research & Development operations in Europe, working closely with counterparts in Japan, the USA, Mexico, Mainland Europe and Russia to deliver business plan, support forecasting, and manage workload & capacity reporting and analysis.
You will be responsible for:
* Data analysis and preparation for business plan submission
* Supporting forecasting by working Cross-Functionally with Finance Team
* Supporting the Research & Development Vice President and Senior Vice President with ad-hoc requests
* Creation of process maps
* Preparation of projects workload mid-term plan
* Gathering data and calculating Full Recovery Ratio
* Leading weekly Resource Management meetings
* Supporting ad-hoc workload estimation requests, and ensuring accurate workload and capacity data is being released to sections
As Nissan is a global organisation and the role spans many countries, candidates must have strong communication skills with an ability to influence at all levels within the Company. It is essential that an applicant should have an acute awareness and respect for cultures.
It would be beneficial for an applicant to have previous reporting and analysis experience in the automotive industry. You will need to be an expert in MS Excel and you should be able to solve problems with minimal supervision.
