Is improving the customer experience at the core of everything you do? Are you an experienced Trainer and Facilitator with a strong Coaching background? This Coaching and Training role will be working with our BMW/MINI Division whilst also supporting our central L&D portfolio. It involves coaching Managers and teams, call coaching and designing/delivering training workshops.

This role is crucial to ensuring all Managers and teams members are properly engaged, skilled, coached and developed.

 

So what else are we looking for? You must exude real energy and enthusiasm and be able to develop and maintain strong, professional relationships at all levels

 

 Highly confidential and personable, you will also need to demonstrate highly tuned impact and influencing skills. We are also looking for creativity and experience of designing training Programmes, preferably in a retail and customer centric environment.

 

You will be a self-starter, great at managing your time and priorities yet will embrace working as part of two friendly, well established and supportive teams, BMW/MINI Divisional team and the Group L&D Team.

 

Evidence of your own CPD would be expected ideally in line with a relevant professional qualification. This role requires a minimum of 5 years relevant experience Training and Coaching experience.

 

Covering c.17 BMW/MINI dealerships around the UK, it will also require regular travel to Leicester and regional locations to deliver training programmes.

 

This is a pivotal and demanding role but a truly rewarding one..
