Regional Service Manager Plymouth
Our client is a leading family run, multi-franchised motor retailer with an established presence in the South West and they are now looking for a highly motivated Regional Service Manager. If you feel you have the required skills and experience to manage the Service Departments in Plymouth then this is a fantastic opportunity.
As part of the Senior Management team you will have overall responsibility for 6 sites with 4 different franchises and will report directly to the Group Service Director.
The successful candidate will have a successful background within management, preferably at a senior level and experience of dealing with multiple franchises. You will be required to run an efficient and professional service operation in our Plymouth dealerships, with a strong focus on ensuring complete customer satisfaction, enhance customer retention, achieving targets and maximising profitability. A sound technical knowledge is essential especially within a multi-franchised environment, coupled with experience of using Kerridge (or equivalent) and excellent communication skills. Candidates will need the drive and the ability to motivate and manage all staff around them while pushing their departments forward.
