Experienced Recruitment Manager required for our head office based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

The purpose of this position is to manage our Automotive team (5-6 people) .

 The right individual will be be self motivated, enthusiastic & methodical with the ability to hit deadlines, build professional relationships with both clients & temps & manage a team of recruiters.  

You must have at least 2 years + recruitment experience, as well as management/supervisory experience & knowledge of the automotive industry would be an advantage.

Daily duties along with managing the team willl be to do a '360 role' including but not limited to ; filling bookings, advertising roles, building relationships with clients & speaking to them on a regular basis, visiting clients/temps & attending sites, completing all relevant paperwork, interviewing candidates both face to face & over the phone, using in house computer system, assisting payroll when required & working to tight deadlines.

Relevant experience essential.

Hours are 8am-5.30pm (contracted to 6pm) There is also a 24hr oncall service on a rotating period which is required for 1 week every 3/4 weeks.

Salary is 24k-25k dependant on experience. Position starts ASAP for the right individual.
