Automotive Service Advisor required for Prestige Main Dealer in Newcastle
£18k Basic depending on experience plus bonus
Monday – Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm (Saturday 1 in 3 )
My Client a thriving and busy Prestige Main Car Dealer in Newcastle is looking to recruit an customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to become an integral part of the Service Department.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the Motor Trade and within one of the best Dealerships in the area!
Within this positon your job duties will include:
Booking customers' vehicles in for Service, MOT or repair
Advising on any work required along with any additional costs
Arranging collection/delivery of cars and providing courtesy cars where necessary
Invoicing and taking payments
Advising on warranty issues and advisory notes
This dealership is exceptionally stable and therefore offers an environment that is professional, enjoyable but also exceptionally experienced in the Manufacturer and policies of the Dealer Group. To be successful you must have Customer Facing-Service experience within the Motor Trade and ideally have experience of Kerridge, Pinnacle or KDMS.
