Experienced PDI / Handover Specialist - Motor Trade Jobs - Automotive Jobs

Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm


Key Tasks for an experienced Handover Specialist

Objective: Maintain brand image

•Ensure the cars are displayed as per Manufacturer standards

•All cars on display are in a roadworthy condition

 

Objective: Maintain Car Displays

•Monitor the completion and success of sales advertising and promotional activities.

•Ensure that all available sales material is displayed, up to date and accurate.

 

Objective: Help retailer to achieve industry leading standards of process efficiency and cost control

•Develop and maintain good working relationships with all dealership personnel and representatives of the manufacturer, operating a share best practice policy

Display all point of sale and advertising literature as directed by the manufacturer.

 

Objective: Ensure departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines. Help retailer to achieve industry leading standards of process efficiency and cost control

•Adhere strictly to trade plate regulations

•Ensure all health and safety legislation and internal procedures are followed.

•Operate within the law at all times.

•Undertake all other tasks and responsibilities.

  
Objectives:

•Ensure department compliance with company polices and industry guidelines

•Maintain excellent standard of compound

•Maintain levels of Return vehicles

•Record levels of damage to new vehicles

•Maintain excellent standards on new car deck and control stock on site

•Keep costs to a minimum on fuelling vehicles unless otherwise instructed and keep all receipts

•Control Unified Fleet vehicles for delivery, cleanliness and fuel records, record all damage and report accordingly.

•Record stock levels in the compound and report weekly.

•Control Fleet PDI job cards for workshop and report any job cards to your administrator.

•Ensure all leasing packs are completed before delivery

•Liaise with sub-contract valetors to clean vehicles.
