Our client, a main prestige dealership based in the Surrey area, requires an automotive Service Manager with recent Service Centre experience to work within their busy Service department.
This is an all encompassing role where you will be involved with all areas of the business. You will need to be an experienced hands on manager as you will be running a busy service department and workshop. You will be responsible for front of house so your customer service skills must be exceptional. You will be the customer's first point of contact, this is a high-pressured role so you must be able to deal with stress well!
You will have a good telephone manner, be very personable and have the ability to upsell successfully. Your role will also involve the reviewing of all pricing policies, labour rates, fleet discounts, parts pricing and other dealership policies.
This opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual who is very switched on and who is able to demonstrate key strengths in people management, profitability and in delivering excellent customer service.
You will require an open mind and hands on approach. You must have the ability to work as part of a team and the determination to succeed in a challenging motor trade environment.
