Parts Advisor - Motor Trade Location: Leicester upto 18k ote 21k plus company benefits
We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor for our client's parts department in the Leicester area.
Working in a busy parts department your role will be to communicate with both retail and trade customers in order to source and supply the right Parts for the customer's needs. You will be working closely with a Parts Manager to deliver the highest levels of customer service.
The general duty within this parts department will be to communicate with both retail and trade customers although the majority of the role will be phone based contacting trade customers. There is a strong emphasis on Account Management but there be other aspects such as booking in deliveries, stock management and some counter work. As you are representing the brand you must always be smart and professional in manner.
We are looking for either someone with proven experience within the Parts department gained in a Franchised Dealer environment, although we will look at an individual from an independent that can show the ambition and ability to take on the position. Candidates need to be proactive and not afraid to pick up the phone to drum up new business, as there will be an element of cold calling involved.
