Can you combine efficiency, speed and high quality workmanship? Our Client is looking a National Vehicle Hire & Management Company with a site in the Gloucester region is currently looking to recruit an experienced Panel Beater to work on and repair a diverse range of fleet vehicles.
In order to be eligible for this role you will need to be a fully qualified Panel Beater to NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent as a minimum or if not qualified, you will need to have a strong and stable time-served experienced working as a Panel Beater. You will need hold a driving licence, be a committed individual and a good team player. You must be able to produce a high quality of workmanship in a busy working environment and be motivated to work towards targets set for you team.
For your hard work Our Client is offering a starting salary between £9-11.50 per hour (£21,060-26,910 per annum pending experience) over a 45 hour working week. Our client also offers overtime subject to availability at an enhanced rate of time and a quarter, relevant in-house training and development, a workplace pension scheme, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays which increases to 23 days over length of service, and fantastic career development prospects with a growing business. The hours worked are Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:30pm with a half hour lunch. You will also need to work Saturdays on a rota from 8:00am-12:00pm however this will be paid as overtime.
