Our client are a franchised dealer group - who are looking for an Online Sales Executive to join their successful team in Grimsby, Lincolnshire.
The main function of the Online Sales Executive is to take all of the internet and telephone enquiries that come into the dealership and convert them into appointments and Sales.
This is a great opportunity for a procative sales professional, with a great telephone manner and a winning mentality
Salary and Benefits:
£15,000 Basic plus Bonus OTE £30,000 plus Car
Type of Role:
The position of Online Sales Executive is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday, and will include weekends by rota.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Taking all internet and telephone enquiries and converting into appointments & Sales
- Responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Be able to demonstrate vehicle products and features.
- Follow up all leads and report to the Sales Manager with progress
- Update dealership database and diary system with next actions
- Build strong relationships with customers
Experience & Requirements:
You will have a Sales background and be able to communicate at the highest level with customers and be able to demonstrate a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also have a very good understanding of the internet and be proficient with systems and technology.
You must hold a full driving licence, be IT literate and be able to demonstrate a sales process and follow-up system.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of understanding in customer satisfaction and be dynamic and enthusiastic when handling customers.
