Office Administrator - Octane Recruitment
Location: Failsworth, Manchester, M35 9BD
Salary: 16k - 17k plus benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am till 5pm, finish at 4:30pm on a Friday - flexible for the right candidate
We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for our offices based in Failsworth, Manchester.
Looking to find the right candidate ASAP. Must have administration experience. Must live within an easy commute of our offices, please check off our post code (M35 3BD)
Working within our offices, this is a vital role for our business.
-Reception duties - taking all incoming calls into to the business and transferring to the consultants
-Adding vacancies onto our system and keeping up to date with the consultants. Keeping our vacancy list up to date
-Invoicing clients, chasing payments and managing the payments on a regular basis.
-Issuing credit notes when required
-The role may eventually include accounts duties so if you have a good understanding of sage this would be a huge advantage

- Previous Administration experience, ideally reception experience
- Must have a good attention to detail
- Friendly and genuine character who can fit with the team
- Experience with Microsoft products such as Outlook, word and excel
- Accounts & sage experience would be an advantage though we will provide training further down the line.
