Our client is part of a privately owned and well respected automotive retail group who requires an experienced New Car Sales Manager to manage and motivate a busy sales team at their franchise dealership in Bolton. Salary and Benefits:
OTE of £60,000 plus company car and employee benefit scheme.
Type of Role:
This is a full time permanent role working to a rota which will include weekends.

Skills and Experience Required:
Experience of working in a franchise car dealership environment in the role of Sales Manger, Business Manager or General Sales Manager is essential. Strong leadership and motivational skills are required for this role, as is a full valid driving licence.
The ideal candidate will be competitive, have determination and enthusiasm, be a good communicator, well organised and show attention to detail.
