Network Assessor/Support Consultant

Due to expansion, opportunities have arisen within our Network Assessment Team. The ideal candidates will be located within the Manchester area or within easy access of the M62 Corridor or be within easy access of the M8 Corridor. This position involves extensive travelling with the potential to work across the UK, and may involve overnight stays. The main purpose of the Network Assessor / Support Consultant role is to assess Renault and Nissan dealerships against the various standards, as defined by the vehicle manufacturer e.g. facilities, sales, aftersales, bodyshop, customer satisfaction etc.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Visiting dealerships and carrying out a physical standard and compliance assessment
Compiling reports and presenting results to the dealer
Provide best practice training and coaching
Assisting in development of our process, tools and products
Supporting Renault and Nissan Automotive activities
Working individually but also required to work within a team
A suitable candidate would be:
An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills
To be impartial and fair when making judgements
Have a keen eye for detail
Desire to develop skills for a broader range of current and future projects
Intermediate Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Must hold a full driving license for at least one year
Candidates would ideally have previous experience in auditing and / or have experience in automotive related industry.
Salary and Benefits:
£25K basic salary per annum
Annual bonus (subject to conditions)
Company Car – (tax efficient ECOP scheme) – Please note that all candidates must hold a full UK driving license. For the purpose of insurance, the licence must have been held for at least one year.
