I am looking for a candidate with the required experience to take on the role of National Sales Manager for an Automotive Systems Company.
My client is a growing Automotive Systems company offering a range of services within the industry. Specialising in DMS and CRM systems as well as web design they can offer a bespoke service to tailor things to their clients needs and specification.
The role focus' on growing the company, generating software and solution sales.
Specifically responsible for preparing and delivering live demonstrations of software and solutions to prospective customers. You will be responsible for generating the opportunity and managing the prospect. It will be the Sales Manager's responsibility to ensure that as part of the road to the sale, managed by themselves, the products and services are presented in the most professional manner, that demonstrates the depth of functionality, ease of use, and business benefits of the products and services.
Skills and Experience:
Strong Presentation Skills combined with the ability to communicate at all levels.
A working knowledge of Dealer Management Systems, ERP and CRM would be a distinct advantage.
5 years+ of industry experience in either software/solutions, in the Automotive industry or ideally both.
Must be a confident, positive, creative and pro-active individual with a desire to succeed.
Must be a very capable PC/Laptop user with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office and Web technologies, as well as enjoying technology and its applications.
Must possess a motor vehicle and a current drivers licence.
Must use a company laptop.
Must be prepared for regular travel, domestically and potentially internationally.
Must present very well to other people, enjoy relationship building, be honest, punctual, and reliable and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be very comfortable meeting and presenting live solutions to senior external customers, prospects and 3rd parties.
A self starter, with a can-do attitude you will be responsible for your own success and growing the business.
