We are recruiting for a brand-new car dealership opening in Slough, early in 2017. This is a fully franchised main dealer with a brand currently performing very well in the automotive market, and the dealership will be under the ownership of a successful and well-regarded dealer group.

This role is likely to offer a salary package of around £28-30,000 basic salary, plus objective based OTE in the region of £35-40,000, plus company car, laptop, phone and monthly fuel allowance. My client is looking for an Aftersales Manager with previous experience at main dealer level, with any manufacturer/brand, who is looking to develop their career and take on this exciting challenge of starting a business from scratch. We are tasked with sourcing a candidate that is looking to develop from a role like Assistant Service Manager/Service Reception Manager/Workshop Controller, who can bring enthusiasm and energy to creating the aftersales team and bring success to the department relatively quickly.
As the dealership is completely new, we are looking to recruit experienced motor trade staff across the Slough area. Starting initially with aftersales, service, parts and workshop staff, we are looking to recruit an Aftersales Manager now. The successful Aftersales Manager can start with the company in early January, with another nearby dealership of the group available to work at for group and manufacturer training prior to the new site opening, due for early March.
The successful Aftersales Manager will be working within a relatively small, close-knit team. The dealership is going to start life with a relatively small aftersales team, 1-2 Service Advisors, 3 Technicians and a Parts Advisor, all working under the Aftersales Manager.
