Automotive Service Manager
Overall Package of up to £40,000 (to be discussed upon registration)
Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays
I am now recruiting for an organised and (due to the business's nature) an exceptionally customer-focused Service Manager for Commercial Service Centre.
The main responsibilities of the Service Manager are to organise the service activities to ensure the department’s efficient and profitable operation/depart. As part of a busy Commercial centre you will be required to:
Oversee the service department including technicians and support staff
Effectively market and sell; manufacturers service plans and warranties, labour hours, parts, accessories, lubricants, subcontracted services
Dealing with any clients issues and complaints
Monitoring and working to monthly, quarterly and annual targets
Our client is looking for an experienced Service Manager with a customer care focus as well as a strong technical knowledge. To be considered for the above vacancy candidates must have recent Service/Aftersales Management experience from a Commercial/Plant background.
