Experienced Service advisor required in Liverpool
Competitive basic salary + bonus
Mon - Fri plus Saturday mornings on a rota
Working as part of our successful Service team you will be responsible for our customers’ service and repair needs, from the initial booking through to the completion and handover of the vehicle. You will need to be a good communicator, have a bright and confident personality, be very customer focused and have excellent organisational skills
You will be required to maximise profit per customer visit by up-selling and actively and professionally promoting products and explaining the value of additional work to customers.
To be considered for the above vacancy candidates must have previous Service Advisor experience, preferably within a main Dealership.
Pinnacle experience is highly beneficial, however not essential.
