Automotive Service Advisor required in Cambridge for a top prestige brand!
£19.000 + Bonus
Monday - Friday 8.30-5.30 and Saturdays on rota 9-1
We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join our Clients prestige main car dealership in Cambridge
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' current or recent experience in a Main Dealer environment within a Service Advisor position. Our client is looking for candidates with a strong customer focus as well as a strong selling ability. The ideal person will have a friendly approach to customers and an engaging personality with great attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
The role will involve liaising with customers both face to face and on the telephone, as well as liaising with other departments in the Dealership including the Workshop and Sales team. Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner, advice on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken, sell additional products as appropriate to customer's needs, advice on timescales and collection arrangements.
Candidates should therefore have excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner, and be very well presented. Experience using dealer management software will be a benefit.

Have a stable background within the automotive industry in a service or aftersales advisor role
Have recent main dealer experience
Be of smart appearance with excellent customer care skills
