Automotive Service Advisor required in Gwent
£18-22,000 Basic + £25,000 OTE
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm and 1 in 2 Saturday mornings
We are currently seeking to recruit a Service Advisor to join our Clients main car dealership in Gwent.
The ideal candidate will have ideally 6-12 months experience in the motor trade. Our client is looking for candidates with a strong customer focus as well as a strong selling ability. The ideal person will have a friendly approach to customers and an engaging personality with great attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
The role will involve liaising with customers both face to face and on the telephone, as well as liaising with other departments in the Dealership including the Workshop and Sales team. Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner, advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken, sell additional products as appropriate to customer's needs, advise on timescales and collection arrangements,
Candidates should therefore have excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner, and be very well presented. Experience using dealer management software will be a benefit.
