This well established and professional dealership based in Northamptonshire is looking for an experienced enthusiastic and energetic Motor Trade Sales Administrator with the ability to juggle various tasks at once in a fast paced Sales Department. You must have at least 2-3 years recent Sales Administration experience working within a main franchised dealership coupled with the experience of taxing vehicles on the AFRL system. The successful candidate will be computer literate and able to demonstrate a commitment to customer service realised through first class organisation skills and consistent attention to detail. Sound communication skills combined with the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.

Your main responsibilities will include providing a vital link between the customer and the sales team, keeping accurate records of all orders, organise vehicle deliveries, and assist customers with order update information, processing customer orders.

Working as part of a friendly down to earth team you will need to possess excellent communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative as well as being a keen team player. Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are also essential qualities needed for this position...

Your duties will include:
Locating and ordering vehicles
Maintaining full and accurate stock records
Ensuring all documentation relating to vehicle delivery is completed accurately and on time
Providing management information
Liaison with vehicle manufacturers regarding stock and related financial
Working closely with the Team and providing information in relation to CSI.
Daily Banking and Reconciliation.
Liaison with our Accounts Team
Ensuring all deadlines set by the manufacturer are adhered to.
