Automotive Parts Advisor required for North London
Salary in region of £20,000 (Depending on experience) + quarterly Bonus
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm, Alternate Saturday mornings 8:00am – 1:00pm
We currently seeking to recruit an experienced Motor Trade Parts Advisor to join our Client's family run Volume Main Dealer Aftersales Team. Experience in a Motor-trade Parts Advisor position within a Franchised Dealer in the Automotive industry is preferable.
As part of our client’s aftersales team you will be responsible for: -
* Meeting and greeting customers coming into the Parts department
* Ordering, booking out parts, invoicing and taking payment
* Checking in parts deliveries
* Managing parts stock
* Assisting the healthcheck process
* Liaising with the Workshop, Service Advisors and Customers
* Providing quotations
Candidates must have excellent customer skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Previous recent experience in a Franchised Automotive Dealership Parts Advisor role is essential.
