Parts Advisor required in Cornwall
Salary: Dependent on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am til 5pm
Our Client based in are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join thier team.
As part of our Clients aftersales team you will be responsible for :-
* Meeting and greeting Customers coming into the parts department
* Ordering, booking out parts, invoicing and taking payment
* Checking in parts deliveries
* Managing parts stock
* Liaising with the Workshop, Service Advisors & Customers
* Providing quotations
* Using the parts catalogue and kerridge systems
•Acting upon claims discrepancies on daily basis to ensure successful and prompt payment.
•Reconciliation of manufacturer payments.
•Utilisation of departmental spread sheets used for tracking and payment requests.
Candidates must have excellent customer skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Previous recent experience in a Volume Main Dealer Parts Advisory Role.
