You will also be required to regularly liaise with the manufacturer field team consisting of a Sales Operations Manager, After Sales Operations Manager and Regional Marketing Manager to ensure that all activity is approved and executed within brand guidelines.
Working with the Operations Directors, develop a marketing strategy to deliver against key business objectives
Liaising with outside agencies & controlling these costs by holding regular tender meetings to get the best value for the group
Understand business challenges and opportunities and advise Senior Management on marketing solutions, both online and offline, across Retail/Fleet/After Sales/Accessories
Ensure the successful implementation of agreed activity, executed within brand guidelines
Set budgets and continually review/assess its effectiveness
Provide on-going support and advice to each Centre
Undertake reviews of business performance, in line with recommendations and quarterly marketing plans
Identify larger business challenges requiring higher levels of analysis and research.
Manage the Group's offline and online marketing strategy, considering both existing and conquest audiences
Maintain and develop Group websites, ensuring strong SEO and promotion of offline communications on both the websites and via Google PPC
Support development of lead generation initiatives, focused primarily on conquesting new prospects to the brand
Maintain and maximise the Group database, monitoring lead generation, lead management and customer loyalty, encouraging follow up of all communications
Attend and present (where required) at Group and Manufacture meetings
Build and maintain relationships with key Group and manufacturer personnel
Identifying opportunities for growth of the account- selling in ideas and innovative solutions
Measure and report on effectiveness of all campaign activity
You must have previous experience within a similar role
You must have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
You must have a valid UK driving licence
Salary and benefits:
OTE up to £34,000 and Company Pension Scheme and 28 days holiday which will increase to 30 days after 3 years service.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 8.30am -5.30pm
