Avis Budget Group is recruiting for a Graduate Customer Relationship Marketing Executive to join us to help drive relevant projects such as the delivery of Customer Relationship Marketing using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to align with the business and commercial strategies across Avis Budget Group with a large focus on our Zipcar brand.

In the role of Graduate CRM Executive you will be working with the wider Marketing & Digital team to deliver on key objectives and working closely with our customer relationship marketing agency partner to brief email campaigns.
You will sit within the Customer Marketing Team of the ABG EMEA Commercial Marketing & Digital department and will report into the CRM Manager who reports into the Senior Head of Loyalty & Retention. We want you to have close working relationships with all CRM country champions and key contacts across the globe as well as make the effort to build relationships with internal stakeholders within the International and North American Head Quarters.
In this role we will help develop your current skillset and interest to the point where you will be able to work closely with the countries to manage CRM campaign briefs across EMEA and deliver strategic CRM campaigns that drive positive NPS and long term loyalty whilst ensuring all content is kept up to date and in line with the relevant brand tone of voice.
You will be key to ensuring the CRM calendar is kept up to date and working with the team and wider business to develop strategic campaigns to maximise conversion and drive acquisition, revenue and loyalty.
You will produce monthly reports with a detailed breakdown of how each campaign has performed including database churn. You will also work with our CRM agency to brief, test, proof and track campaigns.
We are open to fresh ideas and will be keen to hear your recommendations to improve data capture and longer term loyalty by reviewing how we can increase our databases and optimise our content and advise and present content up to Commercial Leadership Team level.
Ideally you will have experience of working within a marketing team during some work experience or during a placement year, however this isn't mandatory.
