Maintenance Controller/Customer Service Advisor - Derbyshire (Alfreton)
Three-week rotational shift pattern – 365 days per year and will be required to work on bank holidays.
Shift A: 5:00am – 3:00pm, Monday to Thursday – 7 days off
Shift B: 6:00am – 6:00pm, Friday to Sunday
Shift C: 2:00pm – 11:00pm, Monday to Thursday – 3 days off

To provide a high level of customer service, fulfilling customer needs in a busy and fast paced environment. Engaging with customers, building a strong working relationship with customers, suppliers, internal and external colleagues. Understanding the customer needs in order to achieve an outstanding level of customer satisfaction.
Handle all calls and correspondence from customers professionally, managing all requests thoroughly and promptly
Controlling live vehicle events
Ensuring all compliance administration is maintained
You will possess:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
Accurate keyboard and data entry skills
