Local Business Development Specialist required for busy motor franchised dealership in Rochdale, Lancashire, to sell vehicles to local businesses. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales within the franchised motor trade, although applications from candidates with face to face B2B sales experience in any other industry will also be considered. This is primarily a field sales role, with the successful candidate being responsible for generating appointments and visiting businesses to demonstrate vehicles and close sales. Candidates must therefore be able to demonstrate a good understanding of emarketing and database development, as well as exceptional communication skills, both on the phone and in person. As this is a role in B2B, it is a rare Monday to Friday opportunity within the motor trade.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established company with excellent pay and promotion prospects. On offer to the right candidate is a basic salary of £20000, and OTE of £30000 - £40000 first year. Once the candidate has developed their customer base, the OTE will be substantially higher - it has been proven within the group, with the same brand, that £60000 OTE is achievable as the role progresses.
