As an HR BP, life is busy. This role plays a lead role in creating and delivering the people management agenda for our Bracknell and Victoria operational support centres. It is vital that as you help create and lead the people change and transformation agenda that you ensure strong alignment between local needs and the overall Avis Budget Group Culture, People strategy and Processes. In this role you will be involved in a broad range of activities across the HR space including but by no means limited to employee relations, talent management and development, coaching and training, and driving employee engagement. To be considered for this role it is important that you have experience operating in a HR role with demonstrable experience acting as a true business partner to drive change. Alongside this experience of managing transformational change would be preferred as ABG is currently working through a global HR Transformation program.
