Salary: Upwards of £35,000 Hours: Monday-Friday, 45 hours' p/w
Role: To carry out routine maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to a wide range of LCV, Commercial and Heavy Goods Vehicles within the workshop. The work will be varied and will include:
* Vehicle Servicing * Fault Finding - using hi tech diagnostic equipment * Repairs - mechanical, hydraulics and bodywork, ensuring that all repairs are carried out efficiently and cost effectively * MOT preparation * Vehicle Inspections * Completion of all relevant paperwork ensuring that all work undertaken is compliant
Requirements: The successful candidate must be qualified to NVQ/BTec or City & Guilds level 3 in Heavy Goods Vehicle maintenance or have served a relevant apprenticeship. A HGV Class 1 or 2 would be a distinct advantage.
