Head of Business, Prestige Dealership, Salary and Package Negotiable
Our client, a large, successful and well established Motor Group based primarily in East Anglia are looking for a Head of Business to join their Senior Management team.
As the most Senior Manager within the business you will have ultimate responsibility for strategic direction and operational implementation. You will work closely with both the Sales and Aftersales teams leading, guiding and directing them to ensure success in sales volumes, profitability, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and loyalty levels. Your consistently exceptional performance will develop through regular communication, team building and effective coaching. Employee reviews should be core to your people strategy, from monitoring, measuring and direction current performances to developing future aspirations. You should have a keen focus on achieving continuous improvement and should do by through both proven and innovative methods.
Your success will come from not only working closely with Management within the business, but also maintaining a close relationship with the Brand in order to implement business improvements and opportunities.
The successful candidate will understand the importance of maintaining quality standards and embed the Group's vision and values into the business, therefore experience at General Manager / Dealer Principal / Head of Business level is essential, with a proven track record of performance in the motor industry. You will be customer-focused, with a strong commercial awareness, and genuine passion for the motor industry. You will demonstrate strong leadership communication, influential and organisational skills in order to succeed in this fast paced and dynamic role,
