Our client, a very progressive and forward thinking group is looking to recruit an exceptional GROUP SALES MANAGER for its Franchised Dealer operations in LINCOLN. Commensurate of the position, we are requesting applications only from proven, experienced, proactive and ambitious candidates.
This is a hands on role where you will be required to manage the sales process with energy, drive and persistence. You will be a leader, who by their nature inspires and motivates those around them to better results. You will be competent at managing the financial performance of the department, performance managing your team of Sales Executives and Business Managers and holding daily meetings with the team.
You will be comfortable with the typical reporting and management processes associated with Franchised dealerships. You will also have a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the importance of high standards in terms of site presentation and customer satisfaction.
You must be able to demonstrate a solid background of relevant experience and strong performance in a franchised dealership as this position is for someone who can show loyalty and stability in their career. As you will be working for a highly successful group, the opportunity offers an uncapped OTE of £60,000 plus company car and other benefits.
