An amazing opportunity has arisen with our client in the Middle East, a respected dealer group with a clear ambition to be the best in the region, representing a premium and volume brand spread across a wide market area; they are seeking to appoint a Group Bodyshop Manager to head-up this important division.

The Role

  • Reporting to the Owner with full profit and loss accountability, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing systems, processes, training, development, obtaining approved repair status and then working to maintaining high standards, ensuring consistency and the delivery of excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Grow the business significantly in all areas.
  • Able to influence at all levels of the organisation and have a high level of impact with senior leadership.

Who we're looking for

  • You are a Group Bodyshop Manager or National Bodyshop Manager ideally part of a leading dealer group, with at least 8-10 years' management experience
  • Proven and experienced running a modern accident repair centre with state-of-the-art equipment, including management software such as Kerridge Autoline and Audatex
  • Strong customer centricity bias
  • Excellent analytical and critical judgement skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, including preparation and delivery of budgets and strategy recommendations
  • High levels of personal integrity and discretion.


What's on offer?

Base salary $55,000 - $62,000 per annum plus annual bonus, housing allowance, company car, private medical and annual air ticket.
