Our client is a leading automotive retailer, who are looking to appoint an experienced General Sales Manager for their large, prestige dealership.
Our client is looking for an experienced General Sales Manager who can prove their exceptional record of achievement. Ideally you will be currently working as a General Sales Manager. You must have outstanding qualities to be considered for this role, and will need to demonstrate your achievements and leadership qualities. You will be dynamic, enthusiastic and highly professional in your approach. You will be running a large sales operation, working for one of the leading dealer groups in the country.
General Sales Manager Role:
Will be responsible for a large sales departments, 16 Sales Executives, 4-BMs, Used Car Sales Manager and 4 Admin staff
Driving the performance of the department to achieve manufacturer and business volume objectives
Controlling profit targets, departmental expenses and monitoring trends and reacting accordingly
Responsible for maximising the sales and profitability of the department
Customer satisfaction and retention is a vital focus for the position
Previous experience of working within a General Sales Manager role is ideal and highly preferred
A passion for success and achieving your objectives
Organised individual who can prioritise workload effectively
Experience of effectively managing, coaching, motivating and developing the sales team to ensure that industry-leading performance standards are evident throughout the department
Excellent communicator at all levels who is assertive, professional and dynamic
Possess excellent customer service skills
